The experience was overall okay the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The waxing itself was fairly quick and not too painful. However, I did notice that a few hairs were left on my legs.

Loubna was very caring and professional. She replaced her colleague who was sick. Did everything to keep the appointment (she had to drive for a long time) and it was so worth it. I left feeling very relaxed! Thank you Loubna and Mana institut. Always very happy!
