The aesthetician left a hole in my eyebrow and then later mentioned that I had a whole in my eyebrow as though it had always been there. I was unsure what she meant and only noticed when I got home since I was running behind. Indeed there was a whole in my eyebrow which was Not there when I left. For the bikini wax, the treatment was acceptable hence the 2 stars.
