I’ve been to many nail salons in many countries and never had such a painful experience. My nails were filed too thin, the gel was burning me, and the aggressive rushed filing cut the skin on several of my fingers. Not to mention the rather condescending and passive aggressive energy I felt from the lady doing my nails. To be fair, the nails look fine - but my fingers are still sore and the experience was about as pleasant as a dentist appointment. Won’t be returning.

La dame était seule et déjà occupée à faire les ongles d'une autre cliente, elle m'a donc consacré seulement cinq minutes montre en main pour mes sourcils. Résultat : une épilation presque inexistante, rien n'a changé. De plus, elle me posait ma main sur mes yeux assez "brutalement" pour me faire tirer la peau. Je lui ai demandé d'affiner mes sourcils, elle a refusé en disant que c'était très bien comme ça. Je suis étudiante et j'ai perdu 15 euros pour rien, c'est un peu dur pour le moral.
