I was physically assaulted by the staff, Jasmin, when I tried to leave the salon. She botched my lash lift treatment by accidentally pouring wax on my lashes and pulled out a bunch of the lashes while trying to remove the hardened wax. She threatened to kick me out of the salon when I complained. She told me to do it myself at home but when I tried to leave she yanked my hand off the door and demanded that I pay her for the botched treatment. I still had wax in my lashes and bruise on my hand!
