manicure equipments are not so well-cleaned, dust can be seen, manicurist didn't offer to wash/sanitize my hand before start the manicure, results are acceptable with some messy corners, one of my little fingers is hurt (she pulled the cuticle quite roughly and pulled bit of my skin above the cuticle), resulting in light bleeding and sting.
