I booked an appointment only to show up for there to be no one to carry out the service. I was told that someone would call me on Monday - no one did. I went to the shop on Tuesday only to receive the worst customer service w/ no refund!!?

J'ai dû attendre 20 minutes parce qu'ils avaient oublié mon rendez-vous. En plus de cela, je me suis fait épiler les sourcils à la cire et cela a laissé une plaie due à l'arrachage ou à la façon dont cela a été fait... Je ne recommencerai pas et je ne le recommande pas.
