Google Maps guided me to a wrong address, so I was 15 mins late. My fault. But the guy was really unpleasant about it. He said he doesn’t have time anymore, which I understand. I explained it was an honest mistake, and maybe we can work out some other time slot. I paid upon booking, so he said I just lost my money, and I can book another appointment online.
