C'est vraiment dommage avec Felipa et Amelia c'était très bien je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous avez changé tous. Le soin que j'ai reçu une catastrophe pourtant j'ai déjà fait plusieurs fois ceux soin.(GENSSIS)
L'esthéticienne n'avais aucune expérience de ceux soin je suis vraiment choqué.
J'avais vraiment trouvé mon institut de beauté mais maintenant je ne viendrai plus.

Very disappointing experience. My semi-permanent manicure was badly applied, with polish all over my cuticles and uneven cuticle work that wasn’t properly fixed despite asking several times. I specifically requested SPF before the UV lamp and was told “yes,” yet nothing was provided until the end, making it pointless. For a salon with premium prices and an “elevated” image, the quality, care, and overall attention to detail were far below expectations.
