I only needed a styling of light waves/curls, I didn’t need a wash and blow dry. The end result was not exactly how I expected in the examples of curls I showed her, however Hermine did her best to accommodate my expectations with corrections as the curls (with a straightener) were too tight and didn’t fall nicely. The overall end look was nice and she made the effort to please me. It was sadly quite rough and more care could have been taken as I heard my hair snapping and no heat protector used
