If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m not sure how people actually think that this is how a spa is supposed to be or perhaps this is the only spa that’s in the area. The place is very subpar. The decor is nice but that’s where it stops. The “thermal” pool is cold. The jacuzzi was cold as well. The locker room is extremely small so people are bumping into each other. I can see why the day pass is so cheap. Finally, our treatments weren’t worth the prices. I wouldn’t waste my time again.
