The experience was not great. While Charlotte was very kind, the services were very poorly executed and the establishment did not have the necessary tools for a pedicure (no pedicure sink with running water; instead, a bucket filled with water was used, no gloves). The manicure was also poorly executed (minimal nail filling, she barely cut my cuticles). Although my booking was for a manicure with nail polish, only a clear base was used as we ran overtime (despite being there for 2.5 hrs!)
