She removed my hair badly It's not my first experience with an esthetician, but she kept complaining about my hard hair and her hair removal technique wasn't really effective because I still had a lot of little hairs, as if she'd broken them off instead of plucking. Anyway, it wasn't a horrible experience, just ok.
