Great experience. I am usually slightly uncomfortable with haircuts because my hair texture has changed over the past year but M. Costa was extremely kind and friendly, and his jovial manner put me at ease. Once I mentioned what I wanted, he also explained what he planned to do and what that would look like on my wavy hair in its natural state or when straightened. The atmosphere was very cheerful and friendly. I am very satisfied with the haircut as well as the overall experience.
