Based on the excellent reviews, I was expecting welcoming and nice atmosphere, but unfortunately that was not the case. My haircut is okay-ish, but I had it definitely done better in other salons and when I raised a concern the stylist got defensive. Also it was weird for me that I had to stand during the haircut, that never happened to me before anywhere. This was my first hair salon visit in Brussels, since I only moved here recently, so I can not say if this experience is normal here.
