Rdv fixé a l ouverture et malgré tout on m a fait longtemps attendre au point qu'il a fallu me relaver les cheveux car ils étaient secs.... Mon petit fils a eu la même chose et a dû partir après plus d une heure d attente malgré une prise de rdv et a été aileurs Je suis déçue....

I ordered a botox treatment and a blow-dry with Nagim. He was late for 20 minutes (finishing up another lady's blow dry and chatting for a loong time without saying anything to me, like I didn't existed!). When it was my turn he didn't even apologize for the delay and just..gave my order to another hair dresser. Wouldn't even explain why this change of plans since I PRECISELY ordered services with him, and there was no one else in the salon. His assistant hairdresser was very nice though!
