I ordered a botox treatment and a blow-dry with Nagim. He was late for 20 minutes (finishing up another lady's blow dry and chatting for a loong time without saying anything to me, like I didn't existed!). When it was my turn he didn't even apologize for the delay and just..gave my order to another hair dresser. Wouldn't even explain why this change of plans since I PRECISELY ordered services with him, and there was no one else in the salon. His assistant hairdresser was very nice though!

Ils m'ont fait un très mauvais balayage, il n'y avait que des highlights orange à l'avant. et le reste des cheveux, la partie inférieure n'avait absolument aucune couleur. J'ai dû repeindre mes cheveux noirs parce qu'ils avaient l'air si mauvais et asymétriques
