The technician was professional, but there was a lingering tobacco smell after she smoked outside, made me question the hygiene of the place. She was also on a phone call during most of appointment, and I was left waiting in the room with no guidance. The lashes turned out well, but the overall experience could be improved with more attention to customer comfort.
