They rescheduled my appointment asking me 20 min earlier and then started 15 min late keeping me waiting. During my mani, she was interrupted by customers buying products - 10 more min was wasted as well. In total 25 min! Aurelie is very pleasant and she tries to accommodate your wishes but my mani looks bad. My nails look nothing olike what I showed her; despite my own tries to choose the right color, my nails are too pink for a tan brunette and nails not evenly filed.
