I am always surprised that for a facial, even though I agree it is a hydro, that there is not much care, attention taken for the neck and below. In addition, I am always a bit annoyed by the fact that you do not have the space to change, with either the waiting room and anybody from the street can see you or the "room" but no privacy. A.
