My appointment was at 11:30am, and though I was 10 minutes late, Tamana started with me at 12:05.She was handling 5 customers simultaneously.I mentioned in an email and message that it was my first keratin treatment, but received minimal information.At the salon,Tamana barely spoke to me and only answered some of my questions quickly at the end.Despite reading positive reviews about her,my experience was disappointing.After following her instructions for three days, my hair isn't fully straight
