Azra was super friendly and made me feel at ease since it was my first time getting my hair colored. She did a good job with my hair and even cut it a little to even it out at the end. I appreciated the attention to detail. I would have liked more transparency on the price especially since I went it expecting it to be 50 euros for balayage/highlights but it was more than double. The rest was great!

She was very friendly, until she dried my boy his hair and i asked if she could cut a little bit more on the side, her character started to change in irritation because she had to take longer now and make my boys hair wet again for her to be able to cut it around the ears and make it shorter at the back. She was in a hurry because she wanted to talk to her bf asap. I find it a pity because she seems nice and friendly if it suits her.
