Marcelinne behandelt je niet met zorg en passie. Ze wil snel snel werken en is slordig. Bij het waxen van mijn benen, zijn volledige stukken niet gedaan en staan dus nog vol met lange haren. Op het einde werkt ze niet af, stukjes wax en papier blijven aan je benen hangen. Je hebt amper communicatie met haar, want ze spreekt enkel Frans. Wel jammer, want het is een supermooi luxueus salon met de beste producten van Sothys. Ik kan de behandelingen niet aanraden. Marcelinne heeft veel stress.
