I have never have had such a bad experience. The hair was washed by an apprentice who obviously still needs some training.
Asma took now time at all for cutting. She still did a good job but the experience for the blow dry was very bad. She blow dried it in 5 minutes and I have medium length hair. I could have done it myself because she did not even use a round brush. My hair does not look shiny or bouncy at all.
I feel like she quickly wanted to finish… 58 € is a rip off for this service.
