The salon accepted a booking, and I double-checked their hours on Google before walking all the way there in the summer heat. Everything was closed and when I called there was a message to say that they’re on vacation. It’s v easy to change opening hours on Treatwell and Google and to turn off bookings. While I’m thankful that I chose to pay at the venue and not online, but can’t help thinking that if I had, there would be no way to get my money back.
