They very kindly found a spot for me after realising my booking hadn’t gone through with Treatwell. However, the service was rushed and not carried out perfectly: the nail polish was put on approximately and it ruined immediately. I was also charged more for taking off the semi-permanent polish I had before, because it had not been put on by them… but this difference in price was not specified on Treatwell. I would suggest calling before going to check that your booking is correctly noted down.

Very disappointing experience. My booking was changed the same day due to a scheduling error, as the salon accepts bookings until 19:45 on Thursdays despite closing around 18:30. The manicure was poorly done: uneven filing and rough cuticle work, with two nails bleeding because they were cut too deeply. The semi-permanent polish was thick and uneven, and no moisturising cream was applied. The staff were friendly, but the service was not worth the price and I would not recommend it
