Over the past five years at Treatwell, she has helped launch and scale multiple markets, build lifecycle programmes from the ground up, and support thousands of salons at every stage of their journey with Treatwell.
She holds a degree in International Business and specialises in CRM, lifecycle strategy, B2B growth, and marketplace expansion across Europe. Outside of work, she’s usually planning her next holiday, trying a new restaurant, or booking a great pedicure and brow appointment. A Japanese head spa is still on her beauty bucket list, and very likely to be booked on Treatwell “for research” very soon.
