Cut too much and in addition, it’s unequal on the two sides (10cm difference) - destroyed my hair

Cut ends with hair already washed. She asked if the length was ok and I said cut just the ends you know better than me. She starts cutting pointlessly picking up pieces here and there and then at the end she tried to even it out. When paying they tell me that they supposedly cut off more than the ends and that I should pay the price of a normal cut I was shocked because the service I received is not for a normal cut. When straightening it wasn't EQUAL, had to go to another salon. Disappointed.
